Pending write vs server record
A pending edit stays on the row until the server accepts it. If the write is rejected, the screen returns to the server record. Three rejections are not the same sentence. There is no field-by-field merge in the first version.
Same person, three gates
Each action on a client row looks at its own gate. Missing permission takes no space. A 403 is not raw server text. MFA is not a permission sentence.
Delta, not a second download
Home can open again a minute later. A new device does not bootstrap the whole work set. Later changes arrive as delta pages. The socket only invalidates. Before a usable checkpoint, the card is a skeleton, not an empty account.
On-device camera, thermal path
Offline-first native iOS. Custom object detection at the published 92% accuracy. AVFoundation 30 FPS on the Apple Neural Engine to prevent thermal throttling on-device.
